Mr. Fulmer was a Certified Public Accountant with Price Waterhouse & Co. before becoming a lawyer in 1972 and initially represented insurance companies with injury claims. Since 1984 he has applied that insider’s knowledge and experience to representing individuals and families.

Art Fulmer, Jr. is experienced with all phases of the criminal court process, including participating as lead counsel in multiple jury trials.
